My job for the last decade has been to turn an idea into a company: spot the opportunity, raise the capital, build the team, and drive it to launch. I got my start in the University of Warwick startup incubator and have since raised millions in venture funding across ventures in event technology, manufacturing, finance, sport, healthcare and beyond. Increasingly, my focus is growth through M&A and venture building; building, acquiring, merging and compounding good businesses into something bigger. I care about clarity, momentum, and building things that hold up under real-world pressure.
